1. Tighten terminal connections
2. Take indoor wet bulb temperature
3. Inspect condenser fan motor and blades (oil motor if applicable)
4. Clean and calibrate thermostat
5. Ensure air handler balance rotation, check bearings & lubrication
6. Inspect & replace customer supplied filter
7. Inspect and clean condenser coil
8. Inspect wiring and connections
9. Ensure blower housing mounts and fasteners are tight
